FAQ for Search Candidates

Will you keep my information confidential?

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of personal information provided by candidates. We will not disclose your personal information to any client without your prior knowledge and consent.

Will you call me on other positions if I am not interested in or suitable for this one?

Every search is unique. We foster long-term relationships with candidates and we always respect their interests and timing. If you appear to be a fit for a subsequent search, we will contact you to find out if you are interested.

How many candidates will be on the short list?

We are a retainer firm and we only undertake searches on an exclusive basis. Therefore, our short lists are selective, typically numbering three to five candidates for each search.

When will I know where I stand on the short list?

We will provide you with ongoing feedback on your status and will advise you immediately if it becomes clear that you will not be selected for the next stage of the process.

Will you help me to prepare for the interview?

We typically meet with each short-listed candidate on two occasions. In the first meeting, before the short list is selected, we discuss the position and decide if there is a fit from both sides. The second meeting takes place before the first company interview and includes guidance on presenting relevant information to address the client’s needs.

Do you offer any support after I accept a position?

Our search services will provide you with Onboarding to assist you in achieving early success with your new employer. Should you need additional support over the longer term, our Certified Business Coaches provide a full range of programs for leadership and managerial development.
